POSITION SUMMARY
An Employee Benefits Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting LGWIS Employee Benefits clients—particularly self-funded and captive accounts—by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role analyzes employee benefit plan data to evaluate financial performance, identify trends and risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
This position partners closely with Account Management, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and meaningful reporting. The Data Analyst also develops client-focused recommendations and communicates insights effectively to diverse audiences, including leadership, HR, finance teams, and benefit committees.…
