RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Inspire action and motivate the team to drive outcomes and achieve OKRs
Define and track QA KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior and executive leadership
Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, and Release Management to ensure consistent product quality
Define and drive the overall QA strategy, including test planning, execution, automation, and release certification
Own and evolve Legion's automation framework built on Playwright (Java and TypeScript)
Oversee end-to-end automation pipelines using Argo and Jenkins…
