HR Generalist (Thailand) Mission Brief: Build Lenskart's People Operations in Thailand Lenskart is one of Asia's fastest-growing omnichannel eyewear companies. As our Thailand business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to independently manage the country's HR operations and employee experience. This role will own the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through payroll coordination, employee relations, performance support, HR administration, compliance, and offboarding.
