Il ruolo prevede supporto su stress scolastico , organizzazione , metodo di studio , mindset e sviluppo dell’ autostima . Responsabilità principali Offrire coaching motivazionale per studenti online. Aiutare nella definizione di obiettivi personali e scolastici. Insegnare gestione del tempo , tecniche di concentrazione e abitudini di studio efficaci. Supportare lo sviluppo di resilienza, fiducia in sé e capacità decisionali. Requisiti Ottime capacità di ascolto e comunicazione. Interesse nel benessere psicologico e scolastico degli studenti .
