About this role

상세내용 팀 소개 Trust & Safety(T&S)는 LG AI연구원의 AI 신뢰성과 안전성을 담당하는 조직입니다. EXAONE을 비롯한 자사 AI의 안전 정책을 수립하고, 모델을 넘어 Agent 단계까지 확장되는 AI 위험을 선제적으로 관리하며, AI 개발 과정의 IP·오픈소스 컴플라이언스 등을 담당합니다. 동시에 국내외 전문기관과의 협력을 통해 AI의 신뢰성·포용성을 강화하고, 우리의 책임 있는 AI 활동을 대내외에 알리는 역할을 수행하고 있습니다. 수행업무(R&R) 모델 및 서비스 Safety 정책 수립·운영 및 레드티밍(Red-teaming) 기반 안전성 검증 강화 AI Agent 안전성 거버넌스 체계 운영 및 확장 프론티어/고영향(High-impact) AI 위험관리체계 운영 및 개선 글로벌 AI 거버넌스 동향 분석 및 정책·리스크 보고서, 대외 발표자료 작성 국내외 전문기관 파트너십 구축 및 대외협력 등 지원자격 AI 안전성·윤리 및 AI 정책 분야에서 실무를 독립적으로 수행할 수 있는 경력직(최소 3~5년 이상) AI 기술 및 산업·정책 트렌드에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 국내외 이해관계자와 소통할 수 있는 분 기술 기반 정책·리스크 보고서 및 대외 커뮤니케이션용 발표 자료 작성 경험 보유자 AI 안전성, AI 윤리, 글로벌 AI 규제 등 관련 기술·법·제도에 대한 이해도 보유자 필요역량 AI 및 디지털 기술에 대한 높은 이해도와 안전성·리스크 관점의 분석 역량…
