Job Description Within the Solution Architecture and Engineering IT organization, we are looking for an experienced team leader to grow a high-performing engineering team while owning and contributing to the delivery of an enterprise data platform and other initiatives across a complex landscape. This role combines people leadership with deep technical ownership: you will lead a team of data engineers, set technical direction, and ensure delivery across systems that span both transactional and analytical architectures.
