Managing commercial and residential properties while building and maintaining relationships with merchants, retailers, and tenants throughout the portfolio/market. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare detailed annual operating budgets consistent with university assumptions. Collection of rent in a professional, timely manner that ensures a healthy balance sheet. Pro-active, consistent efforts to collect rent and determine any uncollectible balances. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission. Prepare monthly expense variance reports for any expense variance for all stakeholders.
