Position Summary As a Lead Metabolic Technician, you will serve as the expert and primary provider of Active and Resting Metabolic Assessments (AMA & RMA) in the club, helping members understand and improve their cardiovascular fitness through science-backed assessment and conditioning protocols. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor other technicians and trainers in the proper delivery of metabolic assessments, uphold the highest standards of service, and contribute to the growth of heart-rate-based coaching throughout the club.
