Position Summary The LTH Lead is a supplemental role assigned to an existing commission-based or hourly + incentive Personal Training team member at the same Life Time club. This role is not a standalone position and is intended to be performed in addition to a qualifying primary Personal Training role, with limited hours each week. As a LTH Lead at Life Time, you will be responsible for product education, sales and customer service of LTH nutritional products inside of Life Time. This role requires a strong knowledge and passion of both nutrition and fitness, excellent sales skills, and the ability to mentor and guide commissionable team members to achieve sales targets.…
