About this role

We are seeking a Junior Manual QA Engineer to support a live production platform with high-volume, client-impacting workflows. This role will focus on manual functional testing, regression testing, API validation, backend data validation, defect documentation, and production issue triage. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience validating end-to-end user workflows, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and business-facing teams to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
