Job Description: What This Role Is All About Likewize is searching for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join us onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you’ll own end‑to‑end U.S. and Canada payroll while supporting seamless and compliant experiences for both benefits and immigration. You’ll be our go‑to ADP Workforce Now expert, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. From open enrollment support to statutory filings, you’ll help keep complex processes feeling effortless. You’ll also lead payroll improvements and system enhancements, always looking for smarter ways to work.
