About this role
We are looking for a 1-year FTC paralegal to assist a dynamic international team of Energy and Infrastructure lawyers based in Seoul. Please do submit a 1-page cover letter with your CV if you are keen on the position. With direct supervision of the lawyers, the paralegal would be expected to assist on the tasks such as: Legal Work Drafting and assisting with the review of simple finance documents, project documents, due diligence reports and other documents and emails. Assisting with the conditions precedent process and signing of documents, including distributing original documents. Proof-reading and indexing documents and preparing e-bibles.…
