About this role

Stellenbeschreibung Hi, ich bin Felix Lippe. Vor ein paar Jahren habe ich Lippe Personal gegründet. Heute sind wir über 25 Leute und eine der führenden Recruiting-Agenturen für medizinische Praxen in Deutschland: Ärzte, Zahnärzte, Physiotherapeuten, Pflege. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren hunderte Praxen betreut und tausende Bewerbungen für unsere Kunden generiert. Das Geschäft läuft. Und jetzt kommt der Teil, warum ich diese Stelle ausschreibe. Ich baue das Unternehmen gerade grundlegend um: weg von manueller Arbeit, hin zu einem KI-gesteuerten Unternehmen. Nicht als Buzzword auf der Website, sondern als echtes Projekt, an dem ich täglich selbst arbeite – mit Tools wie Claude Code, n8n und einem eigenen KI-Setup.…
