DEINE ROLLE
Als Intern im Organisational Development (f/m/d) übernimmst du sehr eigenständig verschiedenste interdisziplinäre Projekte im Bereich der strategischen Organisationsentwicklung. Dabei erhältst du spannende Einblicke in einen elementaren Teilbereich des Managements eines der innovativsten Scale-Ups Deutschlands. Das Ziel dieser Rolle ist es, unsere VP People & Organisational Development sowie das gesamte People Team dabei zu unterstützen, LIQID zu einer effektiven und performanten Organisation zu entwickeln.
Die Position ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für einen Zeitraum von drei bis sechs Monaten zu besetzen.
