Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Preparing For Adulthood Team - Bromley Location: Bromley Pay Rate: £ 37.00/per hour Liquid Personnel are recruiting a Social Worker for the Preparing for Adulthood Team in Bromley. They will be required to assess individuals, carers, and agencies per Care Act (2014). The role involves initiating and coordinating care and support plans with service users, carers, professional colleagues, and voluntary/private agencies What will your responsibilities be: Ensuring the ethos of wellbeing is adhered to when working with vulnerable adults and their carers. Participate in the operation of duty and respond accordingly to need, which will involve Safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessment (BIA) when required.…
