Liquid personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the west midlands.

Main duties
As a Lead Practitioner you will be the example of good practice within the team, you will provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include:
Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings
Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans
Lead CP conferences
Lead reflective and group supervision with the team
