The Role: As Head Chef you will be required to oversee the day to day running of the kitchen operation whilst providing the highest standard of food and service.You will deliver this through motivational leadership, innovation, system compliance and financial performance. You will work closely with all Melwood stakeholders to ensure the quality of food and its presentation is consistently delivered to the highest possible standards.
