Hospitality Head Host Term: Match days / Events - Casual Work Location: Liverpool Football Club, Anfield Road, Anfield, Liverpool, L4 0TH Salary: £15.00 per hour Application closing date: 21/07/2019 A successful Head Host will be required to manage all Hosts and Host Supervisors situated in Suites / lobby areas and front doors of a stand of Hospitality at Anfield Stadium. Hosts are cheerful, confident, professional, immaculately well-groomed and smartly presented individuals meeting and greeting our match day customers. As ambassadors for the Club and the first point of contact for our hospitality guests the customer service of the Hosts is vital to the match day customer experience.
