About this role
Salary: £14,528
Rota / shifts: 18.75 hours per week. 4 shifts per week – 3 x 4.75 hours and 1 x 4.5 hours – these will include weekends.
Hours: between 18:00 and 23:00.
*Please note this role is office based for the 4 month probation and training period, hybrid working available after successful completion (2 days in the office per week).
The Role
The main role of the Player Protection Advisor is to review members' accounts and activities for signs of harm and concern, carry out appropriate risk management for members and liaise directly with members showing a high level of concern to carry out interventions.
