About this role

Deine Rolle Unser HR-Team ist bewusst klein und nah am Business gehalten. Kurze Entscheidungswege, direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und echter Gestaltungsspielraum, das ist unser Alltag. Zwei unserer drei HR-Kolleginnen gehen in Elternzeit. Wir suchen daher ab November 2026 eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die diese Lücke, vorerst befristet für 14 Monate füllt und als HR Generalist:in sowohl die strategisch-beratende als auch die operative Seite des People-Bereichs mit verantwortet. Du arbeitest eng mit unserer HR Managerin - Operations zusammen und bist gleichzeitig zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte und die Geschäftsführung.
