About this role

Como o time de Plataforma constrói a Loft: Estamos buscando uma pessoa para acompanhar de perto o lançamento de novos produtos da Loft junto aos clientes. Você vai ser a principal responsável por transformar a estratégia de lançamento em resultado de verdade — acelerando ativação, adoção e criação de hábito — e ajudando o negócio a aprender com o que funciona (e o que não funciona) durante o piloto e a rampagem. Você vai trabalhar de perto com Business Owner, Produto, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Comercial, Onboarding e Suporte — sendo o ponto focal do cliente para o produto em lançamento, removendo barreiras e coordenando as áreas certas quando algo travar, sem assumir para você o que é responsabilidade de outro time.…
