About the Role:
Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We're seeking a Production Manager to serve as the daily point of contact for Lola’s global manufacturing partners, ensuring vendor performance, quality, and delivery timelines are upheld to the highest standard.
You’ll be at the core of how we scale: managing day-to-day relationships with our overseas vendors, ensuring that quality never slips as volume increases, and partnering closely with our product and sourcing teams to onboard and grow new factory partners. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone with a demonstrated ability to build and grow international vendor partnership and performance.
