Store Supervisor - Full Time at LONDIS, Main Street, Balla Co Mayo Responsible to: Store Management Responsible for: All employees of your team as directed by Management Main Purpose of the Job: To ensure the smooth running of the store on your shift. Main Duties: To oversee the smooth running of check-out operations, ensuring adequate cover at all times for speedy service, ensuring adequate Staff numbers remain on the Tills to prevent Queues. To ensure the highest standard of customer care is given to our customers at all service areas. To keep a look out for shoplifters and other suspicious activity around the store and make sure that all Doors to back-office areas are kept locked and that staff are careful when cashing up.…
