Job Title: HRIS Analyst FLSA Status: Exempt Department: HRIS - LMW Corp Reports to: Manager, HRIS GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE The HRIS Analyst supports, maintains, and improves Loram's HR technology environment, with primary responsibility for Dayforce HCM and the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). The role is accountable for system administration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, user support, and continuous improvement across assigned HR platforms. This position partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Learning and Development, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HR systems are accurate, secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.…
