What You Will Do • Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service. • Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders are completed on time and accurately. • Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance. • Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively. • Conduct daily safety walks, maintain hazard-free staging areas, and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance. • Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed.…
