Ihre Aufgaben The Catering Manager, based in the Operations Control Center (OCC), is responsible for organizing and coordinating all onboard catering requirements in close alignment with our customers, Sales, Operations, Crew, and external catering providers. The role ensures that customer preferences, special requests, allergies, dietary requirements, and contractual arrangements are accurately captured, communicated, and delivered.
