About this role
Ihre Aufgaben The Flightcare Executive, based in the Operations Control Center (OCC), is responsible for customer care before, during, and after each flight. The primary objective of the Flightcare Executive is to deliver a truly top-notch service experience with the highest attention to detail and a strong commitment to error-free execution. The role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and ensures that all service-related requirements are delivered in line with contractual agreements and customer expectations.
