Position Objective:
Chief Perfusionist is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversite of the perfusion department at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Essential Job Duties:

Maintains competency assessment for self and staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all credentialing requirements and associated documentation.
Coordinates staff development and maintains department policies and protocols, utilizing PI data.
Interprets a variety of technical and clinical data necessary to facilitate the most effective and safe patient care. Operates Cardiopulmonary bypass machine and other extracorporeal equipment as necessary to support cardiac and non-cardiac patients.…
