About this role
Position Objective:
Overall responsibility for the Perinatal Loss Program.
Essential Job Duties:

Demonstrates advance clinical knowledge and skill in the specialization of the unit or Initiative.
Serves as an expert clinician, acting as a clinical resource for the staff, physicians and families. Educates and precepts new staff in the bereavement process.
Works collaboratively with other units and disciplines in problem analysis and resolution for pathways, protocols and patient care delivery.
Expertly organizes and reprioritizes patient care activities based on subtle and overt and/or environmental changes. Assists others in prioritizing patient care.…
