About this role
As an Installer Network Manager , you are the driving force behind a strong, reliable and high-quality installer partner network across Belgium. You ensure that every heat pump sold by Luminus is installed by trusted professionals, delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting our ambition to build a CO₂-neutral energy future. What you’ll do You prospect, onboard and contract new installer partners by presenting the Luminus value proposition and negotiating win-win partnerships. You animate and engage the existing installer network through regular contact, events, trainings and communication initiatives.
