About this role

Als stagiair in ons departement billing & collections speel je een sleutelrol in het herontwerp van één van onze belangrijkste klantcommunicaties — de factuur. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams, en neemt volledige ownership over het herdenken van de huidige 2-pagina-factuur naar een slimmere, duidelijkere en meer digitale ervaring voor honderdduizenden klanten. Wat ga je doen? • Je genereert frisse, klantgerichte ideeën om de huidige 2-pagina-factuur te vervangen door een slimmere, duidelijkere en meer intuïtieve versie.. • Je vindt de juiste balans tussen wettelijke vereisten en een naadloze klantervaring. • Je respecteert en past de merkidentiteit en marketingrichtlijnen van Luminus toe in al je ontwerpen. • Je onderzoekt wat technisch haalbaar is op IT-vlak.…
