About this role
Lumos is looking for a Safety Coordinator who will help service operations build and sustain a culture of safety across our organization, with a special focus on Outside Plant (OSP) field operations.
In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations, protocols, and procedures are followed at telecommunications job sites, including aerial work sites, underground cable installations, and facility maintenance. This position plays a critical role in identifying potential safety hazards, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that both employees and contractors comply with federal, state, and company-specific safety standards.
