The Housekeeper plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the community. This position is primarily responsible for common areas and amenity spaces and supports apartment cleaning during unit turns and move-in periods. Maintain cleanliness of office space, amenity space, and all additional common areas as directed. Clean and sanitize all common area bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, toilets, and fixtures. Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile or hard surface flooring where applicable. Spot clean walls, windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces in common areas. Dust furniture and surfaces; empty trash receptacles. Clean baseboards, framed items, light fixtures, and HVAC vents as needed.…
