About this role

About You We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Performance Engineer to selectively analyze and manage the performance of our growing portfolio of over 600 solar and BESS assets across the United States. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Analytics & Asset Management, working alongside a small team of monitoring analysts that serve as the operational intelligence layer for the entire organization. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent identifying underperformance by interpreting production and weather data, trend analysis, quantifying energy losses, and coordinating with Regional Asset Managers (RAMs) to drive resolution.…
