About this role

What you’ll be driving As Marine Training Manager, you play a key role in making sure our seafarers are ready for the job – both today and tomorrow. You will continuously improve how we train, who we train with, and how we turn training into real performance onboard. You’ll work closely with the Head of Global Marine Training and be an active part of a global training team, where collaboration across regions is key.
