About the Role: We are looking for an "Operations Supervisor" within our Contract Logistics (CL) division to support the logistics operations for a global cosmetics brand. In this role, you will be stationed at our partner’s external warehouse in Narashino. Unlike traditional warehouse supervisor roles, this position does not require physical labor. Instead, you will act as a pivotal bridge, managing a 4PL vendor (a team of approx. 20 staff) and communicating directly with our global client to ensure smooth, high-quality logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: 4PL Vendor Management: Supervise and manage the 4PL vendor to ensure that all requests from the client are executed correctly in accordance with the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and contracts.…
