About this role

Responsibilities: O rgani zation and coordination of European road freight in accordance with applicable legal regulations, guidelines set forth in SOPs, IOPs and agreed KPIs : Planning and scheduling of FTL/LTL transports , as well as m anag ing all ad-hoc and urgent interruptions Maintenance of internal and 3rd party systems Preparation of all required documents in German / English F ollow-up on customs formalities Monitoring of haulier performance Cost conscious handling / transport orders allocation Invoicing support Being an active member of WnD (Warehousing and Distribution) team, who b uild s up and maintain good relationship with all internal stakeholders Building up professional relationships with customer and suppliers Handling of customer complaints / claims Taking ownership of…
