Join our team and play a key role in delivering operational excellence through efficient workflow management, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities ✅ Drive Operational Performance Achieve productivity targets of 120+ workflows per person across 1st and 2nd handling activities. Manage workflow volumes effectively to support business requirements. ✅ Ensure Timely & Accurate Processing Complete all fresh and exception workflows within 3 business days .
