About this role

Shipping is facing three disruptions in the coming decades: digitalization, decarbonization, and electrification, and we are looking for a student worker to help us address these. Climate action is a strategic imperative for Maersk, and we are stepping up our efforts to reduce the climate impact of our operations. Early in 2022, we announced our company target to be net zero across all emission scopes in 2040. We know this is challenging, but we trust it can be done! A significant part of the emissions originates from the operation of our fleet of container vessels; thus, a huge challenge is ahead of us, and we have kicked off the transition by ordering 19 container vessels capable of burning carbon-neutral methanol.…
