Lead Logistics Customer Experience and Operations Senior Specialist

The role is responsible for managing Returns, Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Coordination, and Inventory Control for high-value technology products. The candidate will coordinate with air carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of return shipments, inventory reconciliation, and SAP transaction management. Key Responsibilities Returns & Reverse Logistics Manage end-to-end return shipments via air freight. Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return-to-stock activities. Monitor return shipments from customer locations to repair centers, hubs, or warehouses. Track shipment exceptions, damages, shortages, and delivery failures.
