About this role
Individual is hired to for north America detention and demurrage team for focusing on the filing and invoicing process for North America Detention and Demurrage process . He / She is also expected to understand the Root cause and help fix the same in the upstream process. He/ She is responsible for the disputes reductions and improve invoice quality. Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides as it related to D&D process. Drive the day-to-day KPI of invoicing with in 7 days and reduce IQ impact Drive the accuracy of 95% of overall from the Productivity of the individual should be above 100% Filing timeliness to complete 70% in 5 days. Identify disputed invoices and do proactive corrections to ensure better invoice quality.…
