About Role: Dispatchers play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations between drivers, the terminal, and external partners. This position is responsible for assigning and tracking loads in Trinium, coordinating pickup and drop-off appointments through terminal websites, and providing ongoing driver support. The Mobile Dispatch ensures that drivers are equipped with the necessary information, resolves inquiries promptly, and ensures that containers are transported efficiently and on schedule. The Dispatch must approve and notify accessorial to the Settlement Clerk to pay the drivers to ensure AP is done the right way.
