About this role
The Transport Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily transportation operations to ensure timely pickup and delivery of customer orders. This role includes truck arrangement, shipment monitoring, system updates, communication with customers and transporters, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities Receive and process all transportation orders from Business Units (BUs) and arrange trucking requirements through manual planning. Issue truck booking pre-alerts to transporters via WhatsApp and follow up with official email notifications for billing purposes.
