Develops and manages a strategically aligned federal business development pipeline in support of Magellan Federal's health, readiness, and workforce support mission areas. Leads assigned opportunities from initial identification through qualification, working with capture management to assess opportunity fit, strategy, and next steps. Identifies current and emerging client requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics to position Magellan Federal for sustainable growth. Collaborates across internal functional teams to develop qualification artifacts and support capture and proposal efforts.
