About this role

MLB’s Event team in Japan leads local event initiatives across the market, aimed at growing the game of baseball among younger generations and expanding MLB’s fan base. With the goal of contributing to the growth of baseball participation through events, the role is responsible for end-to-end event operations, from concept development aligned with business objectives through planning, coordinating with various stakeholders, execution, and post-event reporting. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can independently manage projects and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition to core event programs, the role may also be asked to support operational execution for other MLB events and initiatives, both domestic and international.…
