About this role

The Technical Coordinator will provide support for the day to day operations of the MLB Baseball Technology Data Centers, Youth academies and facilities. Responsibilities Schedule meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups to help keep projects on track. Support task management and scheduling using tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow. Help coordinate project approvals across Legal, Finance, internal teams, and vendors. Track project expenses and support invoice processings. Partner with Logistics to support shipments, labeling, and deliveries. Hands on learning and assisting with installation, maintenance, and basic support of infrastructure systems. Manage service tickets, including opening, updating, and closing them.…
