About this role

Lead the Commercial Growth Lab and oversee Commercial Planning & Execution and Monetization functions. Develop commercial growth strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets. Drive customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and basket growth through data-driven campaigns. Establish integrated commercial plans across Promotion, Communication, Events, Media, CRM, and Social Media. Lead digital media, owned media, KOL, affiliate, and social activation strategies to maximize ROI. Identify and develop new monetization opportunities, including data, media, IP, and commercial partnerships. Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Product, CRM, Data, Finance, and external partners to deliver growth initiatives.…
