About this role

Job Purpose To support the strategic development and execution of Makro’s Home Care category by providing structured business insights, strategic analysis, and cross-functional coordination to enable informed decision-making and sustainable growth. This role will be supporting leadership in translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and performance monitoring, without direct ownership of commercial operations. Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Business Planning Support the development of short- and mid-term strategies for Makro’s Home Care category in alignment with overall corporate direction.
