About the role This is a unique opportunity to join our market-leading Corporate M&A team in Brisbane, working closely with Karim Issa and Rhys Casey. You will be responsible for varied and challenging legal work across a mix of M&A (both public and private), ECM and corporate advisory work that often sets the pace in the market. You will collaborate closely with Corporate M&A teams across our Australian offices, gaining exposure to some of the region’s most high-profile transactions and working alongside leading practitioners.
