We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team in Sydney. Our team advises on high-value, market-leading deals with a focus on real assets and is one of the most active in the market over a sustained period. You will work closely with David Eliakim , Practice Leader of M&A, and Daniel Natale , a leading partner with expertise in public and private M&A and investment funds. In this role you work with our partners and team to drive complex, high-profile transactions that shape the real assets and private capital landscape. You will engage directly with clients, build a genuinely broad and commercial skillset across M&A, funds and capital markets, and position yourself at the centre of the team’s most significant matters.…
